Shipping

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, public holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.

We take great care in packaging your order; however, once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage incurred during transit.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and our small business model, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or simply deciding you no longer want an item.

We may offer an exchange or store credit only if:

The item arrives damaged or faulty.
The incorrect item was sent.
The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order number along with photographs of the item and packaging.

Items approved for exchange must be returned:

Unused and in their original condition.
In original packaging where possible.
Within 14 days of approval.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome and arrange an exchange where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Food and beverage products.
Teas and consumable goods.
Opened wellness products.
Personal care items.
Gift cards.
Sale or clearance items.
